If Foreign JV/WOS is taking Loan and Director/Promoter of the Indian Holding Co. gives Personal Guarantee for that then What Compliances should be made?

yaa you should be file a report to RBI and if comany is registered in sebi you should be submitted a report and take permission for that

Further I want to know whether Promoter/Director is required to report RBI for such Guarantee?
And if yes, then Does he required to take permission for such guarantee or just to give intimation to RBI and by which means/form he can do so?
