A person is using false Identity of being chairman of one of subsidary of UNO(Proofs are availabe). However the organization itself does not exist. I have complained the matter to police. However they say that they cannot register the matter unless the complaint is from the concerned organisation (which does not exist). How do I proceed with my complaint.
The accused also has various cases pending against him.

Police really need study...... half of them are illetrate. They cannot take complaint U/S. 420 from you but they have to investigate offence U/S. 419 (impersonation) filed by you. If they do not take complaint, visit DCP or like level officer else file 156(3) Application before magistrate
