thanks for your advice sir!. I already hold a valid passport. I have a case against me under trail in a magistrate court under section 304 (a) and the court has granted me a bail and the witnesses are yet to be examined. If my employer goes for a background verfication will the police report from the local station reflect this case? Do I need to inform this in my visa applciation? If I do so then My via may get rejected. Can I keep attending the trails after I go there as even now I am not residing in the place where the accident happened.Pl adivce me as this is very critical for my career.
