there is Person who is released on bail after 70 days is threatening the lady who has filed the complaint against him , how to handle this situation leaglly , last time he tried to threaten verbally but unfortunately we cannot record any of his threats , but we have again given compaint against the accused to police police has written a compliant only kind of NC , will this complaint be helpful during the trail in the court and also what is the leagl way to handle it

In the same court where trial is going on file an application of cancellation of bail mentioning all the facts and also mention that the accused has violated the terms and condition of the bail bond and the same may kindly be forfeited.
