A person was using forged id of United Nations. I have given a complaint to DCP concerned providing the ID Card and other Internet references refering the persons as head of one of UN organisation.
I have filed an RTI regarding the action taken by the Police whether FIR was registered. I received reply that no substantial evidence was found and complainant could not provide substancial evidence that when and where the accused have used the identity.
1) I have also given a copy of court case where the accused admitted that he is holding such post.
2) Various references to Internet as he is holding such post
no proper investigation was made by the police/ no statement collected from the accused.
What can I do so that FIR can be registered.
Is there any necessary gound for me to proceed further under 156(3) etc..
