Permit for a start up.

I want to start a small factory of fast food on a rented land of my friend.
Will I get permit from the court as the land is not mine but the land owner do have any objection?
Even if I get the permit,What would be the expenditure ?

Just get rent agreement from your friend or lease agreement and register that

Hello Sayamal Das

1st-of all court will do nothing in bussiness start-up,you don't need to go to court.Just make lease/rent agreement and prepare followings----

  1. Company Name registration
  2. Trade licence
  3. GST registration
  4. FSSAI if food packet
  5. Current Bank A/c.......and all other may need depend on nature of start-up

So just go to CA(near you) and get a disscussion to start start-up he will guide you.

Hope you like it,and it's help little bit to your query.
