Permission for permanent shed

Hello I am Sushil I live in a Heritage Building (100 Years Old Building) in Charni Road Area of mumbsi. Our building wants to take permission for a permanent shed (To avoid all the leakage that occurs in monsoon) . Looking for either how to apply or a professional who can apply for the same.

Quick Summary
Sushil, residing in a 100-year-old heritage building in Mumbai, is seeking permission for a permanent shed to prevent monsoon leakages. He is looking for guidance on the application process or a professional who can assist. Hemant Agarwal suggests contacting a local BMC-empanelled architect to initiate the process with heritage authorities and the BMC. Alternatively, Sushil can visit his local BMC ward office to obtain a list of registered engineers and architects serving his area.

VISIT your local BMC ward office and request for their Panel list of Engineers & Architects, who work in your area.
