i was suspended by the department on allegation in April 2020, which was proved as fake in 2023 march as per the enquiry report. joined now, mean while I was selected in another department through an exam. now the main question is: will I get n.oc for the whole period ie. from 2020 to 2023 or up to 2020 only. please clarify and state any relevant service rule ...

i was under suspension while applying for the another job and there was no column in the application form regarding previous employment. so I didn't intimate the employer
