PEOPLE HAVE LOST FAITH IN JUSTICE?

Page no : 2

Jyothi Subrahmanya (Lecturer)     16 August 2010

Hi..... yessss....to some extent people have lost faith in justice...dats because of delayed justice... In this regard, ther are two views... some says, justice hurried is justice burried... some other say, justice delayed is justice denied... which one is right depends upon the facts and circumstances of each case.  Even due to delayed justice, corruption, some advocates habit of dragging the case, etc., laymen started  loosing their faith in justice.  Its in our hands to educate the people about law.  We can make them to keep faith in justice.  Where there is a will, there is a way... right???

J. P. Shah (RTI & CONSUMER ACTIVIST)     16 August 2010

India is a country of religious people who are religiously corrupt in all walks of life. Few are exposed, others are lucky. That is the only difference. Under such circumstances how one can expect justice any where. Courts are managed by Indians only. We need honesty to be imported urgently. Naxalism is due to loss of faith in justice delivery system and has 50% districts under its cover. In next 10 years, if things do not improve the young generation [more than 50% of population between 15 to 45 years] will create havoc for govts. The bell is ringing but no one is listening.

Some quotes:

Systems do not work on its own in our country, one has to make it work. The Law is only as strong as an individual is.

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." --- Edmund Burke

Somewhere I read this joke and sharing with all of you, just take as fun;

A Question :  Why the God, who made this WORLD, always invisible to the people of this world ?

Someone replied : He afraid of to face them if someone ask him "Hey ! Are you that who made this world where children have no milk and poor have no bread and powerful always dominate the weaker ???

"PEOPLE HAVE LOST FAITH IN JUSTICE" Rather there is not justice at all.

People have not only lost faith in the present judicial system, rather on entire "Rule of Law".

People r not getting Justice rather it is judgment being delivered. Justice is far far away.

Arup (UNEMPLOYED)     19 August 2010
