Pension issues in consumer forums

Please someone  enlighten me  as to how the pension related issues by an employee against his employers, admitted and ruled in favour of employee at the district and state consumer forms, will be viewed by the national consumer disputes redressal forum. what is the view of the supreme court vis a vis employee as a consumer.? Any  supreme court ruling in this regard ? need references. pl help
