My husband has filed divorce and I have filed transfer. The transfer case status says "pending for admission" since one year. My lawyer says "even after 100years it will lie like that only". He says he is attending the case but the case status says adjourned. In family court my husband and his lawyer has not shown up for past 7 months.
What should we do? Is there anyway I can move the transfer case myself forward in high court? What is the procedure for the case to be admitted? Can I atleast give the stay application to the judge myself in high court?
