I am intending to purchase an agricultural land in Gujarat. My wife's mother is a farmer and has a 7/12 utaro under her name.
I have a few questions in regards to the process of purchasing the land under my wife's name.
1) Do I require a pedhi namo for my wife to purchase the land?
2) Can she purchase the land under her name with the 7/12 copy of my mother-in-law's name?
3) What all documents are required to purchase the land under my wife's name?
The questions are because I am not a farmer in Gujarat but my wife's mother is a farmer in Gujarat.
