In Jan. / Feb. 2009 it was very widely reported in the newspapers that in a land mark judgement the SC had ruled that the wife has no right for maintenance if she is "able bodied".
Its been months since i have been looking for the judgement. In case any one can guide me to receive the whole judgement, i shall be very greatful.

It was the judgement of Lower Court (Karkardooma Court, Delhi). I also tried to search the same but could not find.
