sir, a petition was filed wherein it is mentioned that the applicant has worked in a private house including some more labours and the owner of that house is refusing to pay them wages. my question is that can a private house come under the purview of "Establishment" under section of 2 payment of wages Act, 1936. can the labour court entertain such claim , if not then what is the appropriate forum.
