Dear Sir/Mam.
I want some help.... i want to know if i can file any case regarding the repayment of the amount financed to the parties.....
i have given a a/c payee cheque to a person for business and he was suppose to return to me back but it have been long he havent paid me yet. so wht shoud i do.....

you can file suit for recovery of amount, if it is not more than 3 years.

File a recovery suit if it is not barred by limitation.
