Pay protection when i change job between application end date and joining

Which basic pay will be considered for pay protection in central govt lateral hiring if I have changed the employer between application end date and joining in the new post. While I have applied a post my basic pay was 86000 in Organization A, after that I have changed Organization B with basic pay 60000. Now I am joining in the new Organisation based on the experience of Organisation A, so will my last drawn 86000 basic pay will be protected or I will be given pay protection based  on the Organisation B of basic pay 60000 only. There is no clear guideline about it in the Rule

Any suggestion depends upon the pay matrix of the respective posts as well. Please post complete facts.

If you have tendered technical residence then your pay will be protected as per the DOPT rules.

Notwithstanding the mode of selection, the benefit of pay protection is available to Direct Recruits appointed in Central Government to those posts for which the relevant Recruitment Rules prescribe a requirement of minimum number of years of experience in a specified area from the field sources (autonomous bodies, PSUs etc.) for appointment under the method of direct recruitment. The benefit will be allowed irrespective of whether the post is filled by the recruiting agency on the basis of interview or open competitive exam or combination of both.  

The benefit of pay protection would be available to an Officer coming from PSU etc. only if the officer has completed the period of probation successfully for being regularised / confirmed in the post in the parent organization.

Respected Sir, I want to know that the basic to be protected is of the immediate pay before joining or the basic pay of the company on the cutoff date of application, after application is made I have changed the company in between

Your brefixation of pay will be fixed by the new organisation would on the basis of the last pay drawn from the previous organisation.

Ok, sir means it will not be the basic pay drawn in the organisation while applying
