Pay protection rules punjab government

I am a central government employee working in Department of Posts. I just have selected as Field Artist in Punjab Cultural Department. Will my current pay be protected under Punjab Government over shifting from Center to State government. Kindly guide me in this regard. I shall be highly thankful to you.

Bee protection is admissible if you have applied through proper Channel for a higher or equivalent post

I have applied through proper channel and also got Technical Resignation. I was a Central Government Employee and after tendering technical resignation, joined Punjab State Government Department. Kindly guide about pay protection and service count.

If you have been granted technical resignation with lien, then you are eligible for pay protection as well as swervice experience for the purposes of pension etc.
