I would like to get your 2 minutes from your busy schedule to reply my query.I had represented for pay protection in the present organization . but the same has been rejected from the present employer by stating that it is open market recruitment and in the offer letter pay protection has not been mentioned.while in this recruitment 3 years Exp. mandatory and our recruitment process was held through written test and interview. i had applied application through proper channel and obtained NOC from previous Employer to appear in the interview. both organization are central Public Sector (CPSU).
i have worked 6 years in previous Central Govt. PSU after that I joined another central Govt.PSU. our organization is new and there is No HR Policy. so our HR department asked for pay protection rules order copy issued by govt.
it is requested to you kindly provide me order copy and guide me what i have to do for getting pay protection.
