Pay protection

Sir, I am working in income tax department in Gujarat on post of Tax assistant in pay scale of 5200- 20000 with grade pay of 2400. If i join as tax assistant( grade pay 2400) in income tax department in delhi on technical resignation, will i get pay protection? Here in gujarat i have not completed my probabtion period which is two years. Is there any rule that pay protection benifit is given only after completion of probabtion period? Please reply.

Dear Vipin Kumar,

You can get pay protection, even though you are under probation.

Sir, may i get pay protection on joining only at higher grade pay or it is also given on joining at same grade pay through technical resignation. Please reply
