Patta apply query

Dear sir.

I  have the court  wining  order copy one of my property in tamil nadu .when I apply for patta but VAO and Ri asking for GP clearance is that really required to get my  patta  since I have the court order copy with me.which i already submit  to RI review.

Also Ri is saying after I submit  the GP clearance .RI  want to discuss to my opponent for no objection. Is that really required this procedure to get my  patta.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a query about obtaining a Patta in Tamil Nadu when possessing a court order. The user is questioning the necessity of obtaining a Government Pleader (GP) clearance, as requested by the Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and Revenue Inspector (RI), despite having a court order. The RI also indicated a need to consult the opponent for no objection, which the user finds unnecessary. A response suggests that while not always mandatory for the applicant, Taluk authorities may seek legal opinion from the GP. The user then inquires about the timeline for GP clearance, with an estimated maximum of 15 days.

It is not necessary for you.  But the Taluk authorities will obtain a legal opinion from the GP concerned.
