Patpedhi case

On my half my husband took loan from patpedhi, never paid single rupee, now he is bank currupt and he is saying he will pay the amount. But now I received notice of japti.

I visited few months before their mulund court and agreed to pay and settled the amount and called several time to their employee but he didn't Responded properly.

Now is there any chance to reduce the amount? As this full amount fraudly taken by my husband in 2016 around 75000 and now patpedhi claiming around 2 lakhs.

Settle the case amicably.

It is not a legal query.

If you are ready to go for compromise settlement with the financier, you may negotiate the terms and proceed  with the settlement.

If you are not ion good terms wiht your husband then you put pressure on him to transfer his half share in the property to your name or else you can remain silent to not to repay the loan.
