Patent query

Dear All,

Kindly guide me, after filing Patent in TMR assuming complete specification, whether the Applicant can sale the invention before publication of Patent in Patent Journal?

I suppose nothing in patent act restricts the inventors right to contract. However, the contract may compromise your investion even before the registration.
