Pasupu kumkuma

dear sir/madam I Myself atte hari prasad from manuguru, Bhadradri kothagudem, telangana.. my wife was gifted one acre land by his father under pasupu kumkuma. in how many days is valid period for registration of land on behalf of my wife.

During her father lifetime, he shall execute Gift deed in favour of your wife.
