Passport renewal case/FIR disclose in forms?

Dear Experts Please help on the below query if my name has been removed from the accused list at the time of framing of charges under 498a and 406. Shall i have to still take court approval for any passport related approvals and disclose of my FIR details and court case details in any forms either passport related or visa related or insurance related etc etc Pls advice Hb498a

If your name has been removed from the List of Accused in Section 498 A and 506, It will be mean that you have been discharged by the court in that case.

If no charges are framed against you. Technically you are discharged. The Learned Judge Would have passed an order while framing of charges.

Please check whether you have been discharged under Section 239 or Section 245 of Cr.P.C.
