my passport got expired 3 years back and i want to renew it. below is the status of my case...
1. my divorce petition got dismissed
2. her 498a case convicted me in lower court
3. on appeal, the sessions court aquitted us from 498a, dp3 & 4
4. DVC is in pending state
5. MC is in pending state
because of above facts, do i need to mention all these in the passport renewal form? what will happen if i dont mention the case details? is it harmful? please advice as soon as possible.

GO thru the application form carefully…………each point/cloumn
Reply point wise to each point and give proper narration e.g; acquitted…Case going on etc etc
Concealment is not suggested…
