Passport reissue dowry act iii & iv

I have been given acquital by the lower court for DP act III & IV . Appeal has been filed in district court by state. hearing and judgement pending. Can i get my passport reiisued (as valiidty is over) or am i required to furnish NOC from court? if yes wats the procedure for the same?Please advice as its urgent.

Yes you can.

 

You anyways had the right to be assumed innocent which is now further strengthened.

Can u more elaborate it. Whether i can apply for passport without noc by mentioning the case detail and copy of judgement or i have to get noc? if noc is reqd wats the procedure .Can we apply for noc on non-date day?

You can attach the acquittal judgement, you don't need NoC when the state is in appeal.
