Hello.
I wanted to apply for First time fresh Passport Registration. The question was asked in others section that Have you ever been charged with criminal proceedings or any arrest warrant/summon pending before a court of India?
So, for detail I want to tell you that the FIR was filled against me in last year for 420 & 39. But court given me bail for it. So, what option should I select for the question ? "Yes" Or "No"
