Passport have 1st spouse name

Respected Sir

My passport carries my first spouse name. Our marriage was registered. We didn't take decree of divorce as her family has not supported due to litigation matters, but we are not living together more than 10 years now.

I have married to another girl and our marriage is registered.

My question is will I have difficulties while moving out of India with my 2nd wife ? If yes, any paper work will do such as affidavit or something else ?
