Does Section 10(3) in The Passports Act, 1967 <br>
(e) if proceedings in respect of an offence alleged to have been committed by the holder of the passport or travel document are pending before a criminal court in India; <br>
apply while a petition to quash a criminal case is pending where an investigation has not yet been initiated nor any summons received for appearance in court <br>
What would be answers for following questions: <br>
1. Are you aware of any proceedings pending against you for an offence, including
proceedings by way of appeal or review? <br>
2. Are any criminal proceedings pending against you in criminal court in India? <br>
Please help.
