Party to an appeal

D/members

Would like to know if a person can become a party to a suit in appeal, the nature of the suit is in form of writ petition in a representative character where in that particular person was not a party in original petition, now after the judgement of the single bench of High Court can he become a party in appeal.kindly guide through the same or else how can that person become a party to suit or whether he should or should not become a party to the suit, the decision of which is going to affect a large no of respondents.

regards
