I have planned to file a rental case as party in person. Applicants are 2 persons. kindly advise me by clarifying my queries :
1. mandatory to get affidavit from another applicant.
2. TamilNadu court fee for rent case.

Q 1 Yes, it is required to be obtained from both the petitioners.
Q 2 Stamp duty / Court fees differs from State to State, seek guidance of a local lawyer / clerk / typist.
Q 3 Before proceeding as party in-person you must be thorough in procedure and be able to reply all the questions which the Court may put to you.
