PARTNERSHIPS OF ADVOCATES WITH OTHER PROFESSIONALS

 BCI will lose hold on advocates. No body wants to let power go.

What is the present situation? Whether an advocate can become partner with other professional or not? In view of the ammendment in other acts-ICAI, ICS and ICWA whether these acts have been passed by parliament or yet to be passed? Pl. guide the correct position today.
