An act of one of the partner is deemed to be an act done by other partners. One Managing partner's sign or any other partner's sign is sufficient.

But it is better that the firm gives an POA to the lawfirm or lawyer to act on their behalf for filing applications or notice of oppositions.  It is simple and sufficient.   But for filing all evidences and counter statements the partners need to sign.
