Partnership Deed amendment Registration

Can any amended partnership deed registration be done before final payment of retiring partner?

Is there any provision for the registration that final payment must be done of retiring partner before registration?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether an amended partnership deed can be registered before the final payment to a retiring partner. The consensus is that it is possible, provided a specific clause is included in the new deed. This clause should be agreed upon and signed by all existing partners and the retiring partner, confirming their consent to the arrangement.

1. YES .... it is possible PROVIDED appropriate "subjective" clause is incorporated in the new amended partnership deed and the same is signed as "Confirming & Consenting Parties" of all existing partners and the retiree partner.
