Hi ,
I have given Rs 25 lack to one of my partner to start a Bar business, after taking money he never gave me partner ship agreement and did not allow me to enter the business area,After lot of negotiation i have the receipt of 25 lack in which its mention that he has taken 25 lacks to offer me Partner ship business and after regular eating his brain he gave me a cheque for my payment security , now it's more then a year he not paying nor he is replying my calls, i am in very much problem as i brought this money from many people on private finance and my advocate says my case is strong but it will take 2 years nearly or more to get the money back.
So i need suggestion is it true, am i suppose to fight or negotiate the case, If i put the case what problem i can encounter.
