Partition suite query

An ancestral property is having 4 legal heirs A,B,C and D, three heirs(A,B,C) had sold the property with out the D's notice. Now D wants to file a partition suite in the court of law on the other three heirs(i.e.,A,B and C). Now the problem here is A and D are having another ancestral property which is not yet partitioned by them. Now if D has to file a partition suite then how should he file it? Does he has to include both the properties in the suite or only the property which he wants to divide?
