No u can only file suit for partition.

If the situation demands you can file an injunction application and pray the court to restain other coparceners till the partition suit is decided.

It is submitted that The property complies the definition of ancestral property..
The question is about restraining all c parceners from use of the property till partition is made by partition deed.
