Partition deed vs Release deed

My grandfather died on October 2001. He has 1 house and 1 farm land. He died without writing will. He has 3 daughters and 1 son. These property was not partitioned till now.

Now, his 3 daughters, his wife and his son came infront to partition the property.

His three daughters and his wife are expecting money. They don't want any rights in property. They are agreed to sign the document. As the partition is not equal. Which one will be safer Partition deed or Release deed?

Approach to District Legal Services authority as Pre Litigation conciliation, get a settlement deed as compromised drafted through expert advocate, and get the award status through DLSA, then get the same indexed with Registrar and get mutation done.  This award can not be challenged in future.

If all relevant records are available then those who are not interest on property then they can release their rights to the party those who interest in  property

This issue is between co-sharers of the property devolved upon them, i.e., how to find an amicable settlement, wherein law is not invoked.
