Partition deed stamp duty

We have a undivided property in TamilNadu valued Rs 8,00,000/-. The document is in the name of 8 co owners(4 each from two families). We need to partion this and give 1/8 to one of the co owners. The balance 7/8 can be held jointly(undivided) or divided into 1/8 each to the remaining 7 co owners. What is the best way to do this with least stamp duty .
