hello everyone, According to partition suit land is handed over to respective claimants in the Alibaug Tehsil, Maharashtra state. When i went to the TLR office Alibaug to get map of village/my land. (it is agricultural land) they informed me they cannot do 'aakarphodi' on map (something i understand as division of map according to the new partition) till Tehsildar approves or sends file/order.
My case is a darkhast case since 1988 and is under compliance hearing. What procedure can i do for this to be done as they are wasting a lot of time. Can I appeal to honourable court if so whats procedure?
