I have purchased a flat in a building which is currently under construction. But for parking space, the builder is demanding Rs.5 lakhs and if purchased after 1st April 2013, it will cost Rs.6 lakhs. Please suggest if the parking space can be sold by builder separately or it is a part of the flat which i have purchased.

Parking space cannot be sold seperately. The SC judgment in this regard has made is very clear. You can approach the consumer forum.
