Parking shelter in flat common area

Hello All,

I am one of he owner ou of 8 dwelling units( G+3) residing at Chennai.

We are using common area for car parking where we have 8 car parking space and furher we have space around he flats.

Some 4- 5 flat owners are planning to put up Car shed in the space hey are parking the car without consulting anyother owners .

My question is, Is it legally allowed to put up shed(permananet/temporary) in common area without all the flat owners, If not how to stop this from construction.

Please suggest.

No,other owners of flat can not put shade or raise temp/permanant construction on common parking space.issue them a legal notice in this regard and if they do not comply with notice then file civil suit for injunction to restrain them to put shde in common parking space.
