Parents and siblings responsibility towards wife

I have raised this question before but did not receive a real response so trying to post it again.

In Indian Matrimonial issues what is the responsibility of the Parents and Siblings of the husbands. In case of Maintenance and Alimony when the husband is not ready to pay a single penny then will the court make the Parents and Siblings pay the amount of maintenance.

If the new law comes up with paying share in husbands Inheritable property then the property is still with the parents and its they have decide if they give to the son or sell it and do whatever in this situation will court force them to pay maintenance to the estranged wife of husband ?

No court cannot force some one else to pay a debt of third party . The wife can create charge on this property . Husband or parents can challenge this charge and constitutionality of the law. Court can enforce partition of the property on an application by the wife or when the husband and wife fail to settle the case among themselves. So if wife acts sharp she can claim streedhana subject to decision of the apex court to confirm the constitutionality of the law.

First wife ie your mom will claim property from you dad.

First that one.

next wish of the dad, to distribute it among kids.

DIL cannot just claim 50% share in ur dad ka property so easily.

If these fools have created one more stupid gender biased law, there are 100 different ways to get away from it.

But there will be lot of cases.  Your mum filing case against dad, your sisters brothers filing case against your dad, all that should get over, finally what is left over with dad,  in that 50% DIL can claim.  Say in 10-20 years time final verdict will be out.
