Parent's cross in DV case..

My parents and my sister are also respondents in DV case filed by wife...... Would my parents & sister also have to appear for cross examination ??? Or they take Husband's cross only?? Do parents & sister also have to sign on WS? ? Or only Husband's WS would be sufficient??

Yea they will also have to come for criss exam as they are co accused. Fot further pm me

I differ from your opinin.

cross of other respondents in dv case will not be conducted.

But the WS has to be signed by all the respondents.
