Pan card, aadhar details, ITR

hello,
my boss is obtaining an unsecured loan and he is asking my pan card, aadhar, ITR, photo and cancelled cheque.

can anyone give me advice whether i can give him or not.

am unable to understand how to handle it.

please advise.
