Dear Sir,
I am Vishal Shah, I was living in Pagri system at Santacruz.
I just want to know that my building is very old and also in fatal condition.
In case, if tomorrow my building collapse naturally, so in that situation, do we still have rights to the property or said flat or all rights will directly go to the landlord.
Under that situation what steps we tenants can take..
Kindly guide me accordingly.
