Pagdi System

I've 3 double rooms in Pagdi. We've stopped taking rent as the taxes have increased and the tenants are paying only 100rs per month. I'm the only working in a family of 6 and I want to know what are the proper steps to vacate a Pagdi tenant. Please advise me on the same. Thanks!

Usually the tenants are liable to pay the property tax, however it depends on the terms of the tenancy agreement. The Rent Act of the State of your residence is applicable for the eviction of your tenants.

You can ask permitted increase from your tenants after giving them proper details. Incase they fail you can file a Suit for eviction after serviving proper notice.
