no , foreign lawyer if not registered with bar council of indioa can not fight case in india

Are there any cases where a forigen lawyer has fought a case for his client of same nationality? This is for my Friend actually who is an Indian origin holding US passport.

1. No it is not only illegal but not allowed too.
