In my previos Company i have work for more than 15hrs a day include weekly, National, & festival off some times i ahve do more than 26hrs shift without break. I leave company with given one month notice instant of two month notice ( as per appointment letter), company is not accept my notice, after one month i left the company. Know comapny is asking two month salary ( CTC) against notice.
When i join that time company commited you & your family (wife+2kids) cover under mediclaim policy. comapny give me this policy after 19month. wich is effective from Aug2012 to Aug 2013. Meanwhile i spend approx 40000 on Mediclaim.
When i left this comapny my designation was a Manager.
My Question is.
Can i clam overtime & Mediclaim from my previous comapny.
if yes than how i cani calim Extra overtime & Mediclaim please guide me.
