Over time

Dear One,

Please provide me the informations of overtime payment and basis of it either basic salary or Gross Salary.

It should be fine if the overtime wages are computed on the basic + da.

Hi!

As Mr.saravanaan says it will be better if u computed like basic+D.A (note that it should meet the minimum wages. secondly ESI contribution is must for overtime wages.Thirdly you should give overtime as per legal limits (50 hrs per quarter,2hrs for male and 1 hr for female per day)
